Focused Learning Tracks

A core distinctive of LifeServe grew from our vision to get away from the typical conference model of information overload, and dig deeper into focused topics on a particular subject.  Focused Learning Tracks provide for more understanding of how to apply the learning to the participants’ unique ministry situation.

How does it work?
Focused Learning Tracks offer a “training umbrella” of six theme-specific, 90-minute sessions, for a total of nine hours focused on that topic in learning, discussion, and application. Three sessions are held on Thursday and three on Friday. Seating is usually arranged in round tables for small-group discussion, and relationships are built between attendees as well as the speaker for a powerful, personal learning experience. You won’t leave overwhelmed—you’ll be equipped and empowered—ready to implement ideas and strategies in your ministry.

Do I have to go to all six sessions?
Of course not—this is all about you—we’re not sticklers for rules or attendance! However—tracks are best absorbed by attending all six sessions, and building relationships with the presenter and other participants. You can read the titles of the different track sessions and opt to jump around to sample different sessions, or attend the shorter half-track options, or free sail though any workshop offered.

What do I do if I want to attend more than one track?

If you brought a team, you can divide and conquer the tracks. If you came alone, look at the detailed track descriptions and chart your own course by selecting individual sessions and creating your own unique learning experience.

How do I register for a track?

Select which track best describes your training need and select this option when you go to register for LifeServe 2010, even if you hop around to another session or two in a different track. This will help us determine the appropriate room size for this track.
